The myChevrolet app remote start is one of those features.

How to Set Up the myChevrolet App
Setting up the myChevrolet app only takes a few minutes, and we’ve made it simple with just a few steps.
1. Download the App
The first step will be to download the myChevrolet app to your phone. Apple users can find the myChevrolet app for iPhone in the App Store. MyChevrolet for Android is available on the Google Play Store. The app icon will have the Chevrolet badge logo. Tap to download and install.
2. Create Your Account
Once the app is downloaded, you’ll create your account or sign in if you have GM credentials. Use the same email address you used when you bought or leased your vehicle, as it will be the key the system uses to recognize you.
If you have an OnStar account or My GM Rewards, you can use those login credentials. If not, new users will undergo a multi-factor authentication process to verify their email and identity.
3. Add Your Chevy
Now that your account is set up, you can add your Chevy vehicle to the app. There are two methods to achieve this: the VIN number or menu options.
Your vehicle identification number (VIN) is a unique 17-character code you can enter directly in the app. It can be found on your registration, dashboard, or documents from House Chevrolet Owatonna when you bought or leased your vehicle.
The second method lets you search through menus by selecting your vehicle’s make, model, and year.
After entering your vehicle information, the app will verify it, and you will need to confirm your ownership via a security question, then voila! You are ready to start accessing all the perks of the myChevrolet app!
