Rounding out the exterior changes is the availability of the Multi-Flex Tailgate, which offers six ways to “flex,” including:

• Primary Gate: Opens from the key fob, a button on the gate, or a switch inside the truck
• Primary Gate Load Stop: Helps prevent extra-long items from sliding out
• Easy Access: Inner gate folds down for further reach
• Full-Width Step: Inner gate folds down into a large step for added convenience
• Inner Gate Load Stop: Prevents second-tier items from sliding out
• Inner Gate with Work Surface: Take your work to the truck bed with the opened inner gate, which doubles as a workspace

Realtree Special Edition Becomes the Realtree Appearance Package

What was once known as the factory-installed Realtree Special Edition has changed its look for 2026. Realtree Special Edition has now become a dealer-installed Realtree Appearance Package, available on the Custom and Custom Trail Boss trims.

The final change we’ll see from the Silverado is the new RST Select Package, which, in conjunction with the TurboMax turbocharged 2.7-liter engine, adds the following features:

• 20-inch High Gloss Black painted aluminum wheels
• All-terrain tires
• 4-inch Black round assist steps
• All-weather floor liners
• Chevytec spray-on bedliner
